Yoakum National Bank approached us with several major needs: help them highlight their small business services; prepare their brand for entering new markets; and achieve both without alienating their current hometown banking customers.
After extensive market research and stakeholder interviews, we arrived at their new brand positioning: “Helping small business navigate big things.”
A new website for a new era
One of our major projects was creating a new, easier-to-use website that elevated their small business services. It honors their 130-year-old history while looking forward to the future to express their mission, values, and services.
Since the initial launch, YNB has confidently expanded into the Odessa/Midland and Katy markets, with more opportunities on the horizon.
