Project Background
We set out to create a Careers Hub that brings MM’s culture to life and clearly outlines the different paths to joining the team. Whether someone is new to the industry, an experienced real estate professional, or interested in a corporate role, the hub was designed to feel inclusive, inspiring, and informative—giving visitors a clear sense of what it’s like to work at MM and how they can grow within the company.

We created multiple routes and paths for potential employees to explore the company, understand where they fit in, and learn about the culture. The hub includes opportunities to watch and read testimonials, access educational resources, and get a clear picture of life at Marcus & Millichap.
